Custom Process
Requirements Confirmation
Through communication, we clarify the customer's profile specifications, production capacity targets, installation space, and operating preferences, and confirm any special process requirements.
Technical Proposal Development
Based on the requirements, the engineering team will produce a preliminary design proposal, including equipment parameters, a configuration list, a layout sketch, and key technical specifications.
Quotation and Contract Signing
After the customer confirms the design proposal, we will provide a formal quotation. After mutual confirmation, the contract will be signed, and the project implementation phase will begin.
Equipment Design and Manufacturing
Based on the technical proposal, we will conduct 3D modeling and machining drawing design, complete roller manufacturing, equipment assembly, electronic control integration, and program development.
Factory Testing and Commissioning
After the complete machine is assembled, we will conduct actual material testing, including testing of forming accuracy, hole position consistency, shear flatness, and system operational stability.
Packaging, Transportation, and On-site Installation
After the equipment is shipped after being treated to withstand shock and moisture, our technicians will visit the customer's site for installation, commissioning, and operational training.
After-Sales Service and Technical Support
We provide long-term technical support, including remote diagnosis, spare parts supply, production optimization suggestions, and regular follow-up visits, to ensure stable equipment operation.
