The traditional silo making machine profiles the sheet piece by piece. You should buy the sheet from the market, put the sheet first into the main machine, and then do punching and curving manually. The roll forming, punching and curving systems are all separated with each other. It requires the worker do much work to produce one silo sheet. However, our machine is fully automatic. You just buy the coil from the market, load the coil into the decoiler, press the PLC, and then the machine will produce from beginning to the end. With our machine you can save much more material, cost and labors.
2. One Size VS All Sizes
The traditional silo forming machine only makes one size of silo bin, but our machine can over all sizes of silos just by simply adjusting the curving and cutting systems.
3. Problem Maker VS Problem Solver
The traditional steel silo machine manufactures the sheet piece by piece, and causes many problems:
a. It will bring the straight line segment at the head and end of sheet. When you combine the sheets to be silo circle, the joint of each sheet will be very flat, and it makes your silo look ugly.
b. It is not stable, because it is manufactured manually. If the worker operates carelessly, sometimes the sheet is be broken, or sometimes the curving radius is not as perfect as the drawing requires, or maybe the punching is not in the right position, when you install the silo with that kind of sheets, maybe your silo is not round, it will be oven.
