Steel Water Tank

Our steel water tank machine can manufacture corrugated panels and streamlined profiles, the thickness ranges from 1mm to 4mm, and the machine construction can be by a chain or by gearbox. The machine is fully automatic, including decoiler, leveling, roll forming, punching, curving, cutting and collection:

1. Decoiler, we have two ways of decoilers, passive and automatic. Passive decoiler, it takes full advantage of the main machine power, when the machine runs, it drives the decoiler run. It is very simple and convenient. For this kind of decoiler, you should put the steel coil by manual, when the coil comes into the machine, then it drives by the machine. Auto-decoiler, it has its own power, when you load the material, just use forklift to put the coil on the hydraulic trolley, and then turn on the oil pump, the trolley will move into the decoiler and load the material easily.

 

2. Leveling: there is one table ahead, it will avoid the coil falling into the ground, and guide the coil into the right leveling equipment, and then make the coil head flat in order to go through the roll forming smoothly.

 

3. Roll forming, rolling the profile step by step by rollers, and make sure it is the right profile. We design the roller shape, the station according to the profile drawing.

 

4. Punching, including punching die, punching head. Punched automatically. The quantity, the size and the position of punching hole can be set in the PLC, whatever you need, just input the data, the machine punch automatically and punch holes together.

 

5. Curving, it is three-roller and horizontal type. The minimum radius of curving arch is R1.5m, the radius can be adjusted.

 

6. Cutting, it consists of shear, angel adjustment system, system for adjusting higher or lower and backward or forward.

 

7. Collection Table, it is designed upon to the curving radius, and can be adjusted.

The whole production just requires 1-2 workers; it is more effective and saves much labor cost.
