When the size deviation of the corrugated sheet roll-forming machine occurs, it can be quickly adjusted according to the following steps:
1. Raw material inspection
Use a micrometer to measure the thickness of the sheet to ensure that it is within the equipment adaptation tolerance (such as ±0.1mm). If it exceeds the tolerance, replace the sheet.
Adjust the tension of the unwinder to avoid wrinkling or stretching of the sheet due to uneven tension.
2. Roller system calibration
Finely adjust the lateral position of the roller by adjusting the screw to ensure that it is perpendicular to the center line of the sheet.
Use a feeler gauge to measure the roller gap, which is slightly smaller than the sheet thickness (such as 1mm plate adjusted to 0.9-0.95mm). If it is uneven, adjust the eccentric sleeve.
3. Mold and parameter optimization
Check the roller wear. If the groove exceeds 0.3mm, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
Reduce the production line speed (such as from 15m/min to 10m/min) to reduce the deviation caused by insufficient forming.


4. Adjustment of traction and cutting
Increase the traction roller pressure to 1.5 times the yield strength of the sheet to prevent slipping.
Adjust the blade gap of the cutting machine to 10%-20% of the sheet thickness to ensure a smooth cut.
5. Compensation of the control system
Calibrate the length measurement encoder and reset the pulse coefficient when the feeding error exceeds ±2mm for 1m.
Adjust the rebound compensation parameters in the PLC (such as gradually adjusting from 0.5% to 1.2%).
After adjustment, continuously produce 5-10 samples for testing, and record the parameters after meeting the standards. Regularly checking the accuracy of the equipment can prevent deviations.
