After the first piece is trial-produced, use tools such as vernier calipers and angle rulers to measure the profile size, straightness, and angle, and compare them with the design drawings. If the size is out of tolerance, fine-tune the roller spacing; if bending occurs, adjust the roller pressure or correction device; if there are surface defects, check the mold roughness and deal with it.
5. Dynamic verification and curing
Increase to normal production speed, continuously monitor for more than 30 minutes, and sample products every 10 minutes; archive qualified parameters, regularly check mold wear, and maintain according to standards to ensure long-term accuracy and stability.
