Batch sampling: 5 pieces are sampled per hour, and the data is recorded. When the range exceeds ±0.5mm, parameter correction is started.
3. Equipment maintenance and material adaptation
Blade maintenance: record the number of blade shearing times (about 50,000 times for ordinary steel blades and about 200,000 times for carbide blades), grind or replace when the wear is greater than 0.3mm, and recalibrate the gap after changing the blade.
Material property adjustment: reduce the shearing speed by 10%-15% when processing high-hardness materials, and add auxiliary support rollers for wide-width plates to avoid affecting the accuracy due to material deformation.
