Structural Composition:

2. Transmission system: used to drive the roller to rotate, usually composed of motors, reducers, couplings and other components, to provide stable power for the roller to ensure that the roller can rotate at the set speed and direction.
3. Feeding system: responsible for evenly conveying raw materials between the rollers, generally including hoppers, conveyor belts or screw feeders to ensure continuous supply of materials.
4. Control system: can monitor and adjust the operating parameters of the double-layer roll forming machine, such as the speed, pressure, forming speed of the rollers, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the quality of the products.
5. Frame: as the supporting structure of the entire equipment, it needs to have sufficient strength and stability to withstand the pressure and vibration generated during the rolling process.
