C purlin machine is mainly used to process coils or plates into C-shaped purlins. Its working principle is based on mechanical transmission and mold-forming technology. The following is a detailed introduction:

 

Feeding link
Place the metal coil on the unwinding rack, and unfold the coil by rotating the unwinding rack to provide a continuous metal strip for subsequent processing. The metal strip will be conveyed to the leveling device, which extrudes and corrects the strip through multiple sets of rollers to eliminate the unevenness of the strip surface and ensure that the strip is in a flat state before entering the forming link.

 

Forming link
The leveled metal strip enters the forming main machine, which is equipped with a series of forming dies designed according to specific shapes and sizes. These dies are usually distributed in rows. When the strip passes through each die in turn under the drive of the transmission system, the die will gradually extrude and bend the strip to gradually form the shape of the C-shaped purlin.

Fixed-length cutting link
The formed C-type purlin continues to be transported forward. When it reaches the preset length, the fixed-length cutting device will start. Usually, hydraulic shears or mechanical shears are used to quickly cut the purlins to obtain finished products that meet the length requirements.

 

Discharging link
The cut C-type purlins are received and output by the discharging rack, thus completing the entire processing process. Some C-type purlin machines are also equipped with automatic stacking devices, which can neatly stack the finished products for subsequent handling and storage.
