Working Principle

 

Roll Forming: The machine typically uses a set of rolls to form the corrugated shape. A flat metal or steel sheet is fed into the machine and passes through a series of rolls. These rolls have specific grooves and profiles that gradually shape the sheet into the desired corrugated pattern by applying pressure and causing the material to deform.

Structural Components

 

Unwinding Device: Holds the roll of metal, and feeds it into the machine at a controlled speed. It often has a tension control system to ensure a stable and even supply of the material.


Forming Unit: The core part of the machine, consisting of multiple sets of rolls. These rolls are precisely designed and manufactured to form the specific corrugation shape and size.
